At Dogs Afield, your satisfaction is important to us. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days and receive a speedy replacement or refund. Please read the "PACK IT" section of our return policy (shown below) for important details.
Please read and understand the following requirements for returning merchandise before making a purchase.
Before sending any item back, please call us at (877) 296-1919 or send an email to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns must be received by Dogs Afield within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Please include a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new condition. We don't accept returns on worn or customer-damaged items. Books, CDs, DVDs, and videotapes are not eligible for return with the exception of manufacturer's defect (exchange only). Include all original packing (original box, packing material, documentation, etc.). Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
MARK THE BOX...
Clearly write your Valid Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. This will speed your return through our warehouse and expedite your exchange. Items without an RMA# will not be accepted. RMA#'s are valid for 30 days from invoice date.
All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, "freight collect" or "third party" will not be accepted. If sent by U.S. Mail, it must be registered return receipt and insured.
